Hannah Howard has an innate understanding of the core ingredients that make apartment projects in Brisbane resonate with buyers. Her outstanding eye for detail; her tracking and trending of the residential market; and her integrity in the industry have earned her respect and trust for her knowledge, skills and management, resulting in her unique role as a development advisor as we as an off-the-plan property specialist.

Based in Brisbane, she has immersed herself in project sales for over 20 years, working for one of Australia’s largest developers on iconic projects and working with select boutique property developers, who have partnered with Hannah’s skills and insights for great success.

Recognising a need in the market, and sought by developers for her insight on plans and apartment designs well before market launch or construction begins, Hannah created the company’s development advisory service to complement the work already delivered in the arenas of project marketing and sales and sales team management.

She has also created a specialised boutique property management service that is trusted by several developers due its controlled process to find and manage rentals, resulting in seamless operation and results.
